1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Cost: INR 75
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 working days

2. International Shipping

We offer two options for our international customers:

  • Express International Shipping

    • Cost: INR 2500
    • Delivery Time: 7-10 working days

  • Economy International Shipping

    • Cost: INR 850
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 working days

3. Important Notes on Delivery Times

  • Working Days: All delivery times are quoted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • "Make to Order" Items: Please note that items specified as "make to order" will require additional time for production before shipment. The estimated production time will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Customized Orders: Customized orders also require additional processing time. We will communicate the estimated timeline for your custom order during the design and confirmation process.
  • Customs Clearance: While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, international shipments may occasionally experience slight delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. These delays are beyond our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed should such a situation arise.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 Business Days after payment verification. This does not include the shipping time.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
